ABERDEEN, SD — December 12, 2023 — Construction could hardly be halted on the 94-room My Place Hotel in South Las Vegas as a groundbreaking celebration commenced around the exciting progress.
Individuals from the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, the City of Henderson, My Place Hotels Corporate, Legacy Builders, National Hospitality Management, Sun West Custom Homes, Meadows Bank and more came together on a beautiful, 70-degree December day to officially break ground and celebrate the newest hotel coming to Henderson next year.

With a heavy increase in development on the St. Rose Parkway corridor — including the 150-bed West Henderson Hospital opening in late 2024, plus the expansion of distribution centers in the area and along the I-15 — the new My Place is set to meet the needs of this growing Las Vegas market. Each room is well-appointed with a full-sized refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, coffee maker, and microwave. Additionally, the hotel offers on-site laundry, a 24-hour grab-and-go store, free parking and wi-fi, and more.
With plans to open in 2024, owner Shawn Delaney expressed his immense gratitude for the My Place product.
