How do you receive free delivery?

By opting in to Grubhub+! Upon entering into the branded My Place experience, guests will receive a prompt to sign up for Grubhub+ and receive free delivery for the next 30 days at no cost. No credit card is required to opt in. The program does not automatically renew or charge the guest's card.

How does a guest qualify for Grubhub+?

Any guest that is currently on-site enjoying their stay at a participating My Place property can opt in to this Grubhub+ deal. To find a participating property, click on a location and look for the Grubhub icon listed in the amenities.

How can guests get help with their order?

Guests can reach out in the help section in the Grubhub app. The Grubhub Customer Care team will handle any and all issues related to the order. Plus when a guest is affiliated with a My Place property, they are GH+ members and have a special Customer Care team assigned to their orders.
